Unfortunately, unlike Wolfenstein 3D, its mission packs, and both Blake Stone: Aliens of Gold and Planet Strike, there are currently no source ports for Corridor 7.

ECWolf has plans to eventually add support for this game, but when that will happen is anyone's guess.

A source port for Corridor 7 would likely require the source code due to the numerous enhancements made to the wolf3d engine. As long as Les Bird still has that source code and was willing to collaborate, I'm sure it wouldn't take long. Without his help, reverse engineering the game with just the binaries could take some time.

If Les Bird does have the source code, it would also be very helpful for whoever owns the IP to have the source code's licensing status changed to GPLv2 or greater. That would remove any further legal hurdles to proper source port support of this game.
I'm certain he could have that source code after all these years, but there's much more to it than that. While he could have written much of that code, he likely never owned it. Capstone would have been the sole owner and when they collapsed, a bank or holding company would have obtained their assets. Ziggurat could be the owner now, or they could be licensing the game from the current owner. To use that code, the source port team would need permission from the right's holder. Reverse engineering the code would require no permission.
Source code for Corridor 7 is not going to happen. At least that is what I've been told a few times on various Discord servers. ECWolf is my only hope to finish Corridor 7 game once and for all.

Les Bird would provide the code for it if he could, check here:

Honestly, I feel like this game gets a bad reputation because of who released it.
It's actually quite good. Sucks about the source code being essentially lost to time.
