When I first loaded up the game, I was asked to confirm resolution settings and windowed mode. The drop down resolution box was empty, and the window option was not responding. After clicking confirm to move ahead, the game crashed

After starting up again, the resolution has been changed and the introduction screen is a tan/brown smudged scene. Please search the internet for other experiences, video and OS compatibility, and potential workarounds before buying this game
