Is there any way for me to download Commandos 2 and 3 separetely? I have a slow connection and it's kind of a big download, so...

You will use GOG Downloader . It will continue your downloads ;)

Not that I've found, and they really should. But what you can do is download only the first .bin file, maybe even pause it after 1.5 Gigs, then run the setup and skip integrity check. I installed the game without the second bin, so it leads me to believe you may succeed with just part of the first bin.
