Guys I had the same problem, it seems that video codecs cause it.
I managed to fix by changing names of following files:(Revora forum helped me)
Go into your \Commandos II\DATA\WOFIP folder and rename the following files like this (for eg.):
DATAEI.pop -> DATAEI.pop.old
DATALE00.pop -> DATALE00.pop.old
DATARO.pop -> DATARO.pop.old
It skips intro now but works just fine!
Alternatively you can install other codecs. More info in Revora Forum Commandos 2 not working topic.
