Could someone post How good this game is in terms of gameplay

This is a great game! Tons of vehicles and stuff in it.

I don't know if the GOG is patched to latest but It is 10/10 game.

This is a great game. period. Very chalenging. Lots of gameplay.
I played this when it first came out, then time and my computer playing slowed. Recently, someone mentioned Combat Mission in comparing it to another game which reminded me about this game and started playing it again and it's still as good as I remembered it. So, just buy it and play it.
The GOG version is the most recent version. Played it on Win 7, 8.1, and 10.

That depends.. If your game doesn't say 1.12 on the bottom right you need to download the latest patch..

Like I said, the GOG version is the latest, 1.12

The GOG version also contains the Special Edition CD mod collections, which is very nice! (Mostly gfx mods, but also at least one new vehicle, a truck for the Germans.)
