Found out how to fix this problem. Original users in the early 2000's noticed the problem and thought a bios update would help because of the motherboards internal clock. Turns out it's just Windows.

Press Windows Key+R
Type Services.msc
Find Windows Time
Make Sure it's Automatic(Reset if not)
Reset your PC

I've had this problem before with Outlook, when the service failed to update my computers clock, and since my PC is a windows platform, It altered the times I had added to my calendar for interviews. Just another way MS is trying to ruin my life.
