I've made it up to Pope Joe without hassle, but every time I try to watch the cut scene, the video freezes at a random point, but the audio keeps going. I can skip the cut scene, and keep playing beyond that without trouble, but I really just want to see the cut scene. What's going on?

If you have a media player that can handle ogg media files (e.g. VLC Player) you can watch the original video from your installation. It's this one \Content\Videos\Eyeshine.ogg

Probably your problem derives from the used OGG format in conjunction with your PC configuration (maybe installed codecs), but that's hard to say. As long as the game runs smooth, it's the easiest way to just skip the cutscene in-game and watch it somewhere else.

Don't be tempted to watch more, it spoils the story ;-)

Thanks, that helps a lot. And no, I have no intention of watching further than I already am. I do like my story.
