I am running Windows 7x64 on Intel i7@2.8, Geoforce GT 330m, 8G RAM, SSD.

"Can You Run It?" says I should be able to run it at its highest performance.

Putting all the settings on the lowest, including resolution, and it's still slow as molasses.

Is "Can You Run It?" just plain wrong or is there something else going on here?

What AA settings are you using? If it's at 32x, turn it down to 16x.

See here too:

I don't use ANY AA at all. I set everything that I can to OFF and everything else to LOWEST setting, and still runs like molasses. I realize my GPU is not very good but I can run things like BF2:BC on medium settings, and Skyrim, I would think this older game would be runnable even at lowest settings.
dont trust can u run it , older games r usually harder to run properly.
-maybe something on the nvdia control panel?
-something running on background
-try older drivers.

or u can try this (try the cfg)

I am running Windows 7x64 on Intel i5@3.3, ATI HD 5670, 4G RAM, HD. This is probably a little weaker than your configuration. I have no problem running it with almost everything turned to the highest setting at a resolution of 1920x1080. Id' say there's something fishy with your system/drivers.
I don't know, just a standard Windows 7x64 Ultimate w/the most recent non-beta nVidia driver installed. Otherwise clean system. The ATI HD 5670 is a big step up from the GT 330m though isn't it?
