Hey everyone, been trying all day to get the game to run smooth on my setup and I have come up empty.
Basically I'm having the problem where the game feels like its rendering 1 frame every 5 seconds, its just utterly slow.
I have tried everything on these forums and nothing has gotten it to work. The .cfg file settings on here did help ever so slightly but not even remotely close to playable still. I see a lot of help for ATI cards, but nothing for nvidia cards.
I am running an i7-2600k with 16GB RAM, and a GTX 780. Any Ideas at all please post them. I have also tried running off of 1 core, same problem.
aaannnnd I figured it out.
In the Nvidia control panel settings -> Threaded Optimization, gonna wanna turn that off ;) Works flawlessly now.
