I think people are confusing out of sync for bad animation. Load up the DA section, it has amazing lip sync compared to EfBB. EfBB animation on the lips leaves a lot to be desired but certainly isn't out of sync. Its just bad animation.

I am playing EfBB with all video options maxed out and lip sync is fine only problem so far apart from there being no option on McAfee to tell the AV to make the dvm.dll file an exception, was choppy movement then I realised that frame rate was set at 50 which was the default. I increased it to 60 it now works smoothly. Perhaps a wrongly set frame rate may be causing the sound / video mismatch some people are experiencing.
