During installation I've got a following message. "We are sorry, installation failed...
An error occurred while trying to rename a file in the directory:
C:\Program Files (x86)\GOG.com\The Chronicles of Riddick - Assault on Dark Athena\System|Win32_x86\dvm,dll

MoveFile failed; code 5.
Acces is denied.

I run it as an administrator. File integrity check OK. I have Windows 7 64 bit.

Any idea?

Your AV is flagging the file and removing it or preventing the installer from moving it it, you'll have to set an exclusion for the file, or for the install folder, on your AV.
