My system: Windows 8.1 64-bit, i7 4+Ghz, GTX 760, 16GB RAM, SSD's, 1920 x 1080 eye care (flicker free) monitor.
I installed the game as administrator (on a games-only second SSD, not the OS SSD), have it set to run as administrator, set all the video options to high, monitor to 32-bit, exited and restarted the game so the changes take effect, but when I try to play the tutorial or game the screen has black bars at the top and bottom and everything flickers, a constant vertical shake. I tried changing the resolution to 16-bit, but the game didn't like that at all.
Anyone know how to fix this?
