I'm playing the great pyramid campaign scenario. It seems like I always get a prestige penalty when my pharaoh dies and it seems to be increasing in severity. i think i only had once instance when I didn't have a tomb ready. I can see that the most recent one filled the last tomb that i created. he did die at 22. am i getting penalized for an early death?

is it just a game mechanism? you just supposed to work to offset it with the tomb and monuments?

or is it likely my mortuary wasn't active?

Also it seems like the palace status is all green. it's not like they're not getting medical treatment or starving or something.
