Does Caesar 4 include the "Roma" scenario that was only included with pre-orders of the game directly from Tilted Mill Entertainment?

Nope, there are 6 scenarios, and Roma isn't one of them (even if it seems that in the folder "Scenarios" there seems to be 2 files with the "Roma" name).
But you can download the Roma scenario here.
I tried to install (instructions provided inside the .zip file) and play it, absolutely no problem :)
