In BS4, I'm having a problem with the voices cutting out part way through a sentence. I've found a few references to the problem, but the links to "solutions" are incomplete/missing steps.

I'm trying to get it to run on my work laptop, which is:
English language, Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit, Radeon HD 7340 (integrated up to 2GB) , AMD E2 - 1800 @ 1.7 GHz, 4GB RAM.

If anybody has solved this, or has complete fix instructions, I'd be very grateful :)
