Golden key screen, red dot. Turned out almost uncontrollable in full screen mode (1280*1024), but in 60% mode it became much easier to guide.

Any more areas like this further in the game?

There's one part with navigating a maze that gave me trouble, until I changed the screen scaling. You'll know it by the pacman sounds. ;)

I really had trouble to get the star out of the worm maze cause the worm was way too fast. It was so frustrating - I even thought about never playing this game again for this reason ...
After switching the window size to 60% (I use the windowed mode) I got the star on the first try :D
