There is a room in the library with a chair mimic right next to a room with a dragon. One time the chair mimic knocked me into the dragon room (it looked like it grabbed me), but I entered tiny and stuck to the floor. Even inverting gravity wouldn't get me off the floor, so I couldn't reach the exit and had to close the game.

this happens sometimes especially when swimming, just use a waystone and it's fixed
