Crisco1492: Hi all. I bought Bloodstained this morning and was planning on playing it on my brother's computer, as my laptop won't run the game. I was wondering, though... if I copy my save files over to another computer, would any achievements earned trigger when I boot up the game in Galaxy? Like, say, I earned the Demon Hunter achievement offline, would it trigger in Galaxy if I were to start playing online?
Yeshu: Your achievements are assigned to your account not your save file.
Yes, I know that. Some games mark your achievements in their data (or at least mark the requirements as fulfilled), and then when you start playing online they trigger automatically. For example, many of my
Fallout: New Vegas achievements were achieved while on a train with no internet; they didn't register on Galaxy until after I started it up at home and connected to the internet. If we were to have online achievements for
Ghost 1.0 or
Stardew Valley, one would expect that their ingame achievements would trigger online achievements as well.
But since
Bloodstained apparently runs on a 940MX, I don't have to worry about this.
