The Achievement "A New You" asks youto change your hair style. I did that several times and I just noticed that the achievement wasn't unlocked.

And item collector too, cause i collected every item 100% and no achievement. :(

I had this achievement locked before too, but at that time I did not open GOG Galaxy and run bloodstained through it, I just run game directly, so I guess I unlocked this achievement during that time, the game maybe unlock this achievement when the haircut count change from 0 to 1. I also change hair style so many times still not unlock it. So I heard my frined's advice, start a new save data and run game through GOG Galaxy, and then I start the game from the start and come to the place, the first time I change hair style, the achievement finally unlocked.
