That actually seem to be working based on the image. Might be an issue with how Win 10 handles fullscreen applications. Try to disable "fullscreen optimization" under the compatibility tab for the executable. Had a similar issue with Vampire the Masquerade: Bloodlines recently where I couldn't force MSAA through the drivers.
They didn't implement MSAA but a postprocess AA (read the article about) that simple doesn't work no matter the setting, smoothing the image like a gaussian filter apart.

MSAA can't be forced 'cause of d3d8to9 wrapper (it's basically the crosire's one)

Please give us the possibility to disable the new "oversample AA" and use reshade+FXAA/SMAA (keeping the bundled d3d8to9 wrapper) or simply make the game compatible with dgVoodoo2 d3d8 (so we can force a proper MSAA 4x).

Actually the Terminal Cut is working with dgVoodoo2. Look at the screenshots. On the third screenshot you can see my settings for this.

It's working but the release article talks *specifically* about some new features *tuned* on the crosire's wrapper.
I would be happy if the devs can make the Terminal Cut perfectly compatible with dgVoodoo2 d3d8.dll too.

And let us disable the postprocessing AA and/or make it work with 1-2-4 presets (with 1=totally disabled)

I could not make it work with dgVoodoo2. I copied the files to the game folder and copied your config. What am I missing here?

Have you added the game folder to the dgVoodoo control panel and applied the changes? If yes, there must be a "dgVoodoo.conf" file in the game folder. It should work then.

Screenshot attached.
