After finishing The Haunting I had a weird issue where I got started instead of The Cold Rush I started on The Great Temple. Any fixes on this?

Did you collect all the tomes and go through the portal to the alternate end-level marker?

It's also possible that a mischievous party could have tinkered with your blood.ini file.

I'll look into finding all the Tomes via a walkthrough on Youtube to help me find them all, I think I found 2 of them I think? As for the file well GOG should get it fixed all I done was buy install and play then this issue happened.

You need to get all 5 to open the portal to the secret level.

Before I try this solution with the Tombs whats normally suppose to happen when you go through The Haunting level without getting all the Tombs, by that I mean what level do you actually go to next?

Each Blood episode has a secret level, but to go to the secret level you have to find the alternate end-level switch (EndingB). In the case of the episode, "Even Death May Die", "The Overlooked Hotel" has two end-level switches.

If you find all the tomes, a teleporter pad is activated in a specific part of the map, and you can use it to get to the EndingB switch, which will take you to "Thin Ice".

If you flip the normal EndingA switch, you will go to "The Haunting".

If you find all the tomes, and you still flip the EndingA switch, you will go to "The Haunting". You have to flip the EndingB switch to get to "Thin Ice".

Sorry for the very very late reply to this. Anyways I tried this on the original Blood copy and it did the same thing. I can possibly say it could be the file but how this will get fixed I'm not sure I'm gonna have to here soon start a new Episode 2 run see if it does it again, if it doesn't then I'm free to continue playing this game, but if it still does it then we have a problem...well I still have a problem.

Last reply to this since this issue is finally fixed. It was a corrupted file issue that randomly happened. So if you have this happen to you too delete all your files and start over in Episode 2 like I did and you'll be fine of going through the game.
