Someone please help. Blood is my love. There's, however, still a bit of lagging, even after upgrading to DosBox 0.74. I play it on 800x600 and reducing the resolution doesn't solve it. It twitches mainly when there is more action, fire or sth, also sometimes at loading of a saved position.

Got AMD, ATI, playing Dosboxed Redneck Rampage without troubles.
Someone please help. Now that I found it (again) and fixed it so I have there the original splendid music, I cannot not play it!

You might want to try changing the number of CPU cycles that DOSBox is allocated
While in game, hold down Ctrl and tap F11 to cycle up or Ctrl+F12 to cycle down.
