Possibly a stupid question but here I go:
can I somehow transfer my saved game status from the shareware version to the full version?

you can always try. grab the GAME0000.SAV file and move it into your Blood directory.

Grrr. Don't tell me they want me to replay the whole of the first episode.
I know I can always skip that but... ah well....
