How do I start Blood II w/ the maxfps to 60? It just don't want to put maxfps 60 in the console every time I start-up Blood II y'know?

You should put it in autoexec.cfg. You should also make autoexec.cfg a read-only file, otherwise BloodII will just overwrite it each time it starts.
