I already know. I had to reduce the emulation speed to 25%. Then you can throw "hand" away.

Your're not really doing anything wrong, It gets really hard to hammer the use key fast enough to get the hand off with DOS Blood on the higher difficulty levels. It should come off easy enough with Fresh Supply, or NBlood.
