Steam didn't have OUWB included with the copy of Fresh Supply they were selling for quite a while. GOG always included it with the B:FS "Extras" downloads.

Seems like Blood: One Unit Whole Blood has been removed, Also i'm sure that i added it to my game library here on GOG too and that too has been removed.

It's exactly where DustyStyx said: in the "Extras" section. You get it as a part of the package when purchase Fresh Supply.
