Does anybody else got the error? When i try to start it from gog galaxy nothing happens and when i try to start it from the folder i get the error that the D3DCOMPILER_47.dll programm is missing. Tried to reinstall but that hasen´t fixed the issue.

I've had the same issue. I'm running Windows 7 64bit, my issue was solved when I've installed this update:

support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/4019990/update-for-the-d3dcompiler-47-dll-component-on-windows
