and i can't understand why !

in the main folder,i double click cryptic.exe and it simply open a dos "box" for just 1/2 second.anything else.

tried in administrator too,nothing.

i'm using 7 32 bit.

try using the shortcuts provided by GOG

you need to :

-set the compatibility to windows xp sp3
-launch the shortcut as an administrator

it worked for me :)
