I've finally gotten the fixes to make the game stop crashing at high resolutions, but it is playing at an incredibly unplayable framerate. Anyone got any ideas?

dgVoodoo2 is required to play Blood 2 at high framerates with all graphical features on computers running Windows 8 and 10.

Also by the same guy who made the Blood 2 - high resolution fix, so surprised you haven't found it already.

I have that as well, but it still lags horribly. I believe I set it up correctly so I don't know what it could be. There's no option shown for Glide in the Blood 2 menu, should it be there or is there a way for me to use Glide with Blood 2?

No you should be using D3D. dgVooodoo2 wraps D3D. You believe you have set it up correctly? Run dgVoodoo2's setup, enable the watermark and make sure.
Did a little more digging and finally fixed it and got it up and running. Thank ya.
