Got Blood on Steam, so yeah. Any help?

It's on Steam now? Are they packaging it with DOSBox like GoG does?
If it does you could try reading through this thread.
Make Blood run at 1280x1024 resolution smooth & did you know/page1
If not you could build your own DOSBox configuration or you might even try one of the other VMs (VirtualBox, VMWare, KVM). I can help you with configuring DOSBox, I think I wrote a howto a while back.
