There appears to be a missing secret door in the mind control dungeon which should appear behind were you get the spell

I have repeated the dungeons a few times and cannot get the door to appear yet I have seen it online in walkthroughs.

Has anyone unlocked this room or is this bugged ?

Was this a playstation exclusive ?

If you are about the door at the front of the room with Control Mind (which leads to the room with teleports), so it will be opened when you activate two switches in the same room at the left and at the right (using Control Mind on humans).
