Somebody told me there is a community patch for this game.

Does the version here contain this patch or can I add it ?

It's not included in the GOG version. You can have it here https://disk.yandex.ru/d/0a9Y6SPgkUFf1A
Just unpack the contents into your game's folder and you're good to go. DO NOT try to run setup.exe, that one is only needed if you want to install the game off of its original CD.
