I have an issue that I didn t f be able to find any kind of solution . In any way...
The game refuse to be installed whatever action I take - full permission granted for installation, firewall and antivirus disable, etc, etc.

I can t install it on Galaxy 2.0, external HD. Anywhere...

I don t see where s the problem. This is the only failed installation that I have for dozens the games and DLCs that I have.

I will provide more info, if anyone need to try to resolve this problem.

My level in informatics is very basic and I dont have any other person to ask (nobody around me use GOG).

I had the same problem with 'Fall of the Reich', being the only one of the three Blitzkrieg 2 titles that failed installation when trying to install using GOG Galaxy.
I managed to solve it by downloading the offline installers for the game, and installing from those directly - that is, without triggering the installation from within GOG Galaxy.
You can find the offline installers by clicking the 'Extras' option at the top of the game's homepage in GOG Galaxy.
When the files are downloaded, you will find them in a '!Downloads' directory under the default directory where GOG Galaxy will try to install the game.
Note that the installer will ask you to select the installation directory and if you choose the default installation directory where GOG Galaxy would have placed it, then GOG Galaxy will recognize the installation and allow the game to be launched via the 'Play' button. However, it continued to display the red 'Installation failure' button next to it, complete with the original error message:
'Installation failed (E2)
Failed to finalize the installation'
Whilst the ongoing presence of this installation failure message is an annoyance, I'm happy to just ignore it given that the game now works and can be launched in the normal way.
