I have:

Explored Runciter's, Animoid Row, the murder scene at Tyrell's and Chinatown.

Have confronted the cook in the kitchen who fled and then tried to ambush me later.

Not seeing a way forward? I have combed every location, grabbed every piece of evidence. Talked to everyone. Been to the police station many times (there's currently no one in the lab office or in the chief's office everytime I go now). I've uploaded my evidence. I've slept at the apartment. What more do I need to do to advance the story? I haven't run into any other of the other replicants or Lucy.

I know there's a DNA row area that opens up and Sebastian's house, my friend told me about those. Any help?

This is a guess mostly, but did you get any clues (say some interrogation recordings) from Steele when you synhronized your data with the mainframe? If so, you'd want to pay a(nother) visit to the man who is held at the lockup.

Currently the main area that you'd have to make progress on is in Animoid Row, in the "Hawker's Circle", but perhaps McCoy needs to have more clues to open up dialogue options with characters.

There's of course the optional scheduled appointment with Tyrell but that's mostly a fun thing to do.

Note, that if you have already talked extensively with the prisoner (about his involvement with Replicants), then the next hint would be:

To try and find (and talk to) Izo at the Pawn's shop. He's on a real-time schedule so you may have to wait for him to come out of his shop -- he does that regularly.

Thanks--I actually started the game over last night, then I ran into Izo for the first time, I had never talked to him before. He took a picture of me and rabbited--as I was getting back in my car he ran up and shanked me!! But I think that's the aspect I was missing! Thanks for the response!
