When i try to start a new game with any of the other 3 characters the load screen appears and when the progress bar is full it just stays there forever

edit: It happens when selecting the 3dfx mode to avoid the black text

When you play without the 3dfx mode, the game allows you to play with the other characters?

yes i can start the game in other modes

Hmm strange, I don't run into that problem when playing in r3Dfx mode.
