Does the classic version of Bioshock 1 not have New Game Plus? Also not seeing the Challenge rooms, but I have the downloaded plasmids.

It doesn't include the challenges, audio commentary or any "new game" options - no.

The Plasmid Pack was part of the last official patch to that version of the game.
