Does the Soundtrack include the theme played in the Bar/Restaurant area?
(The theme that plays in the building with the air hockey table mini game in it.)

Also:
Does it include the theme that plays during the Air Hockey mini game?

It has the bar theme but not the air hockey theme.

Maybe it's been updated since then (it's been a long time), but it's there now - Track 13 "Fun and Games".

If someone was looking for "Spanish Bar" like I was, they might miss it.
