I only heard of Beyond Good & Evil after seeing it on this site and I'm so glad GOG are giving it a second life otherwise I'd be missing a truly wonderful game. Firstly it's accessible - very easy to control and clear objectives without feeling like you are following a predefined route that is dictated to you.
There are many things to do along the way such as races, raiding looters hide outs and photographing the creatures and other inhabitants. The main quest is what shines brightest with a story developing that slowly draws you in and as other reviewers have commented has characters that you care about.
The graphics are pretty decent and the camera mostly works well. There's only the odd occasion that you get the Tomb Raider camera of silly angles. The only thing was that with the latest DELL approved GeForce graphics drivers for both my laptops the graphics were extremely glitchy. Fortunately the latest (unapproved) drivers from GeForce website fixed all of that.
I can't rate this game highly enough, worth every cent.
