Bass is marked as English only but in fact all versions of this game are multilingual.(English, French, German, Italian, Portuguese and Spanish).
To change the language you have to launch ScummVM.exe in the game directory , then select Beneath a steel sky, click on "edit game" and choose the desired language. Close the edit window, click on start and all in game texts are translated.
