So early in the game I accidentally sold Buddy to the trader at the Kettle Gate. I didn't mean to, picked up the wrong item...

Now I've got to a point where it seems he's necessary, I think... but is there a way around it?

The game wouldn't have been made to make it unplayable by selling an item...right?

Yeah! You can buy him back. Head back to the witness of witherberg and she will sell poor bud your way :)

THEBROTHERHOOD: Yeah! You can buy him back. Head back to the witness of witherberg and she will sell poor bud your way :)
Thanks! I didn't consider this as I didn't sell buddy to her! I'll be trying that later when I get the chance :)

So I checked back with the mistress... and she doesn't have him (just says awaiting wares). What should I do?

Hey Elliot - have you made it to the Mine in Baas, crossed the bridge and entered the cave system and had the conversaton with Don about Buddy?

ElliottMS: No, I haven't! Ok so there's something else I'm still missing first. I'll have to have a look around.
Yeah, if you have sold buddy and at the time you need him, They will have a convo about it. Then you can go grab him back from the witness :)
