Downloading thru the gog app fails. When I go out to gog.com to download the files, it shows 2 times the number of files for the 1.9.1-686R then there should be.

for the base game there are 10 files instead of 5 and there are 2 files for each DLC instead of 1. The files names are duplicated as well. I suspect this is also the reason that the download thru the gog app fails as well.

so did you click the "download and install" blue buttion or the off line install by patch?
it sounds like you pressed both and then yes that would fail because they are different

I'm not seeing the standalone installer download duplicates - so looks like if there were duplicates shown for download then this has been fixed.

I could download the standalone installers for 1.9.1. But not the Digital Deluxe Content. The size of the file seems odd. Before it was roughly 1 Gigabyte. Now it shows 1,9 Gigabyte. I was using Galaxy 2.0 for downloading.
