I thought it was released on the 17th? I just purchased it, and figured it would download automatically, but i can't find it nor any way to start a download, nor did I get any email with a code or anything. What should I do at this point?

You've bought a pre-order.
The Flashpoint DLC will be released on 27th November, that is assuming gog.com gets it at the same time as the other place.
