Just bought this before heading to work. Every game works on my linux box except Battle Isle 3, which crashes with a stream of error messages.

Any guys out there who've run this in wine ?

I managed to run it in WINE 1.7.33. First you must install Indeo Codec 5 or videos wont play and game will crash. Second you must not use virtual desktop within WINE or game windows will lose focus within game. And last edit SDI.ini file inside WINE windows directory and set WIN32SPROBLEM=YES. Without it you will get crashes then replay video briefing button is pressed. Only strange thing is then you skip initial video intro - sound from it still plays for 10+ seconds before skipping.
