RS413: It either won't open, well.....opens through the main loading screen and then freezes and black screens and then I'm back at my desktop.

OR

It lets me in and the graphics are all completely blurry and distorted (can't read anything at all).

I got in to the game menu once, and was able to click "tutorials" but once I did that it started going so slow and not responding to my mouse clicks, then when the tutorial finally opened it was all pixelated and blurry.

Can anyone offer any suggestions? Please? I'd be so grateful.
