Okay. So. I've been having problems saving Banished for a few days (after a long time where it was saving,,,)
I realize I'm using Galaxy 2.0 and it IS in open beta, but I was having problems saving the game in offline mode too, so having it announce 'cloud sync failed' wasn't terribly surprising.
The question I have is: how to fix it?
Hitting 'retry' doesn't do anything.
Should I uninstall and reinstall (rinse, lather, repeat) until it 'catches'? Or just resign myself to not being able to save until whatever it is is fixed?
I'm running Win 10 64bit.
The game was working for a while and then suddenly it wasn't saving anymore a few days ago and I don't know what I could possibly have done. Thinking there's a corrupt file I deleted the game and everything associated with it, and started going around and around trying to re-download it. Galaxy 1.X or offline backup nothing seems to work. No file in documents is generated, but even when I put one in where I had it before it doesn't use it.
Which leads me to here: Galaxy 2.0
Which seems to be working fine. Other games I'm re-downloading using it seem to be fine.
Just not Banished.
