Nothiing in the game's main directory and can not locate a folder for BoS in User specific directories.
On a 16:10 monitor the 640x480 window is a bit of a squint.

Just press 'f' or 'alt+enter'.
It seems to have been bundled with 'bosloaded' (readme is in the main directory) which allows for full screen.
Admittedly, still not as clear as on a CRT at 800x600. But it's better than the alternative ;)
