Was anyone ever aware that apparently there was a sequel to this game?

I just stumbled upon a video showing some gameplay from it. The same youtube-user has several other videos of the game.

Why is there so little information on this game?

Any chance GOG can bring this to its catalogue as well? looks like more Balls of Steel brilliance!!
