I have modded versions of BG1 and BG2 installed. Will this affect my installation of EasyTuTu or do I need clean, unmodded versions of BG1 and 2?

You need an unmodded BG1/TotSC, patched to final.

BG2 can have some mods, but a select few will kill Tutu. Unless you know which, it is better to use a vanilla BG2/ToB, patched to final.
