Hello everybody,

I'm replaying BG 2 and trying to do as many things as I can obviously. Expecially, I'd like to play each NPC quest in the game if possible. I seem to remember that many of them are not one shot. They have two or three episode and the trigger of each episode is timed.

Dop you know how do the timing thing works?

I mean, I'm not interested in the day count for each ncp quest (iI can find it on Dan Simpson walkthrough) but more on the rules that govern the timing. I mean, it only counts the time a charachter pass in the party? Or the timing goes on even if the NPC is not in the party?

What happens if you kick a charachter out of the party and take him back? Do the timing resets to zero or do you loose the quest?

Hope that my post is clear enough. Thanks in advance.
Timing goes on even if the NPC is not in the party, so if you have Anomen join and leave immediately his quest will trigger when you return a few weeks later and leave the CC with him in the party.
