EDIT:
Solved: Had to do with Loosen Dual and Multi Class restrictions for Clerics setting in Tweaks, AND fixing Anomen's kit class to "True Class" (dunno why he didn't have any).
ORIGINAL POST:
Hello all, I hope someone can help here.
I'm playing Baldur's Gate 2 - Complete, and encountered a problem where Anomen can't wear anything (specifically, nothing that has any sort of requirement to be able to equip), as you can see in the attached screenshot.
How did this happen? Well, I had been playing for a time, with no issues, using these mods:
Fixpack
Unfinished Business
Tweak Pack
Widescreen
Delfosse Fonts
ShadowKeeper
Then, I had to reinstall. After this, game ran ok and everything, but for some reason unknown to me, Anomen couldn't wear anything anymore.
Clearly, before the reinstall there was no issue, as Anomen is currently equiping the items he supposedly cannot wear, so previously he had to have been able to equip them (I am using a previous backed up saved game from before the reinstall)(I can swap weapons using the quick weapon slots, and his stats are all receiving the benefits of the items he is wearing, so its like he is wearing them, even though he can't, and I cant unequip them without loosing the capability to equip them again).
Even worse, after leveling up, for some reason, he has unequiped them, so now he is not wearing anything and is unable to do so. Because of this, I can no longer continue playing.
I belive this has something to do with the mods. I'm pretty sure when I started the game, something got configured through the mods, and after the reinstall, maybe I skipped that config or something went wrong with the new reinstall of the mods. I'm guessing my saved games are relying on some original config from the mods, but I've no idea what. I reinstalled like 5 times already, with no luck, and I'm sure I'm modding everyhing the same way as when I first installed.
If the root cause is in the mods maybe still finding out what went wrong could be a chore, so maybe it would be better just to edit the character or the items I want Anomen to wear through ShadowKeeper or something, but I've no idea how to do this or what variable I should change.
Anyone got any ideas?
